"I have been with John O’Leary State Farm Insurance for 60 years. I started with Joe O’Leary. Now because I don’t get along with their employee that I consider very difficult to deal with. I was told that was my only option to deal with her or wait days till someone else comes in. I think that was handled disgracefully by John O’Leary and Tiffany. Loyalty be dammed."
